TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Both executives and members of the public agree to meet the terms and conditions of each incentive advertising award simply by agreeing to receive or participate. It is the awardee’s responsibility to be aware of the terms and conditions. Proof of eligibility may be required by sponsors who award sizable budgets to awardees who otherwise are guaranteed to receive awards with no cost or obligation to the sponsor’s products or services.
Terms and conditions regarding personal profiles are exclusive to ensure the target audience only is being contacted. You may be required to prove your profile before awarding is approved.
Terms and conditions regarding awards will be presented in detail before applying to receive the offer. However, in general, please be aware of the following that applies to all awards:
Vacation prizes: Bookings terms for choices vary slightly according to the offer. However, in general, all accommodation is subject to availability. If a host/sponsor offers an accommodation prize, auditors at ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) have secured adequate inventory to guarantee an accommodation award. Please appreciate that sponsors of vacation awards may not be travel agents. For promotional purposes only, a bulk purchase of accommodation is made. Awardees then apply in advance with a pre-requested selection of dates. ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) will ensure all efforts are made to complete an awardee’s first choice.
However, as mentioned herein, all accommodation dates are subject to availability. Therefore, it is recommended that an accommodation reservation be confirmed before considering a flight purchase (if applicable). ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) accepts no liability for costs incurred/lost if awardees have not followed the terms and conditions of the offer as laid down in writing before the offer was applied for.
Awardees are required to follow the simple terms for booking regarding the choice of dates and duration of booking notice. Failure to comply with these simple terms will immediately invalidate the hotel award.
Please note: All vacation bookings are FREE OF ROOM RATE AT ANY AVAILABLE TIME within the terms and conditions herein. However, as is standard industry terms, awardees may be subject to a maximum of RM 89 for insurance at the point of booking.
Durian Delicacies: This voucher value is RM 200 or RM250 Maximum. This (original) voucher must be filled in and received to the address herein, in ten (10) days. After which time you may redeem at the ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) Shop. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is valid for one (1) transaction only. Valid only to those who have qualified and visited one of our invitations. The voucher is not transferable and is redeemed by invitees only. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed. The voucher is redeemable within the Klang Valley area only. standard delivery rates apply directly to the Durian confectioner. Or the client may self-collect for free. Clients accept responsibility to arrive/receive in a timely fashion. No replacement of products or reschedule can be made due to the perishable nature of the items. This voucher may not be added to any special promotion or discount. ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) reserves the right to exchange this award for other awards it considers of equal value. • We are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed; no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. All items are subject to availability. We will make our best efforts to inform you if the goods are not available. All prices are subject to change without notification. Your feedback may be used in future publications.
Hard gifts: Hard gifts including tech gadgets are awarded immediately after participating with no cost to those that have confirmed within the 24 hours deadline. For obvious security reasons, hard gifts are not kept at sponsors’ venues. Therefore, attendees that fail to confirm within 24 hours may be subject to a small for postage package and insurance.
For delivery awardees pay only RM 29 for insured courier delivery. Redemption vouchers must be received within (10) Ten days of awarding. Payment for insured delivery must be proved or credited within the same (10) Ten-day period. After his time, redemption is invalid.
General: All awardees agree that a picture or comments may be used in publicity. Personal details such as full name, full contact details, or full address will remain strictly confidential other than to auditors for independent verification of award.
Please note that participants agree to all the terms and conditions hereon simply by agreeing to participate in any promotion. It is the responsibility of the visitor to take the time to read the terms and conditions included herein. All terms and conditions meet with 1950 Contracts Act and the guidelines of, ‘Fair Representation’ by consumer affairs authorities.
Ignorance of terms or conditions is not admissible as a reason for refusing to comply.

In rare instances where a choice will be given i.e. a choice of shopping rights of various branded stores or various locations of vacation stays, ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) will ensure that first choices are upheld at all times whenever possible. However, the awardee accepts that on rare occasions choices of equal value may be awarded if shock or availably dictate.
Regarding the client’s information. ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) guarantees that personal information is not shared, copied, or sold in whole or disseminated, in any way according to the data laws of any country it serves.
SPIN WHEEL GAME
1) The competition is open to residents of Malaysia aged between 30 to 69 (women) and 38-69 (men). Employees, family or friends of ACE PROMOTIONS & RESERVATIONS SDN. BHD (1435458-V) or judges or auditors’ staff are strictly not allowed to participate.
2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3) By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4) Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or by failure of the winner to participate. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10) Winners will be chosen at random by software, all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents by verifying THE same telephone number as the number that the game was sent to. The winner will be notified by Phone within approximately 24 hours working hours of the verification date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of initial contact, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12) The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
13) The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malaysia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
14) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a non-participating third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
